This page is the long version — everything the main page summarises. Read what you need, then WhatsApp me for a free demo of your own clinic's website.
What you get, in detail
1 · Clinic website
Fast, mobile-first and written for patients — most of your visitors will be on a phone, on 4G, deciding in seconds. Your site carries your doctors with qualifications, department pages, timings, photos, Google Maps, and booking buttons in every section: WhatsApp, click-to-call, and a request form. The content is written for you, for your specialty, in plain language patients actually search for.
2 · OPD software
A simple front-desk program that replaces the paper register: patient records, complete visit history, printed prescriptions with your clinic's letterhead, and one-click daily backups. It works offline at the desk — no internet needed during OPD — and your receptionist typically learns it in one afternoon. I train your staff on a call when we go live, and your patient data stays on your computer. Nothing is uploaded anywhere without your say-so.
3 · Patients from Google
Your Google Business Profile set up properly: photos, services, hours, correct categories, and a review link with a QR code for your reception desk. On the website itself, on-page SEO targets your specialty + city ("gynaecologist in Meerut") so you appear when someone nearby searches. I set up Search Console so the numbers are visible — you'll know how many people found you, not just hope.
4 · Bookings & reminders on WhatsApp
Appointment requests land directly in your WhatsApp with the patient's name, number and department — nothing sits unread in an inbox. Optional add-on: day-before WhatsApp reminders, the single cheapest fix for no-shows. Patients install nothing.
For mental-health professionals
Psychiatrists, psychologists and counsellors get a different kind of website, because their patients behave differently: stigma means people search online privately, often for weeks, before they ever ask anyone. Your website is usually their first step — so it must feel calm and safe, not commercial.
- Privacy-first design — discreet copy, a booking form where even the full name is optional, and an explicit confidentiality promise on the page.
- Teleconsultation page — video consults lower the barrier for patients who won't walk in, and for follow-ups (dropout between sessions is the biggest revenue leak in psychiatric practice).
- NMC-compliant always — no patient testimonials, no "best psychiatrist" claims, no discount framing. The NMC guidelines (updated 2026) prohibit these on doctors' websites; factual information — qualifications, services, timings, fees — is fully permitted. I build to the rules so your registration is never at risk.
How it works, start to finish
- We talk — 15 minutes. WhatsApp or a call. You tell me about your clinic; I tell you the exact price. No proposal documents, no follow-up sales calls.
- I build your demo first. A real, working website for your clinic — your name, your services — before you pay anything. You judge the finished thing, not a promise.
- Two rounds of changes. You tell me what to fix; I fix it. No change-request forms, no arguments.
- Go-live and handover. Your own domain, registered in your name, every login handed over. I train your front desk on the OPD software. Payment by UPI or bank transfer after demo approval — for larger packages, part on approval and part on go-live.
- After go-live. The renewal (optional, never forced) covers hosting, backups, security updates and small content changes. You own the domain, the code and the data either way — you're never locked in to me.
About me — the full story
I'm Anupam Singh — IIT Kanpur, 2024 batch. I've worked as a DevOps engineer and now work on live production systems where downtime is not allowed. I bring the same standard to a clinic website.
Why clinics? Because I've seen the gap up close while mapping thousands of clinics across Uttar Pradesh: hospitals with twenty doctors and no website; front desks managing a thousand patients in paper registers; brilliant doctors invisible on Google while a mediocre chain ranks first. That gap is fixable with good engineering at an honest price — so that's all I build now. Two clinics run their daily OPD on my software today; my demo system has produced 600+ clinic and hospital websites across 16 cities.
I'm based in Hyderabad and work with clinics anywhere in India over WhatsApp and calls. When you message me, you're talking to the person who will actually build your website — no salesperson, no account manager, no handover to an intern after you've paid. Verify me first: LinkedIn, or just call +91 96708 09669 and ask me anything technical.
Questions, answered properly
I don't have content or photos. Is that a problem?
No — it's the normal situation. I write all the text for your specialty, use your Google photos and reviews where they exist, and you can WhatsApp me ten photos from your phone for the rest. Real photos of your actual clinic always build more trust than stock images, but we can start with tasteful stock and swap later.
I'm already on Practo/Justdial. Why do I need my own website?
Those platforms rent you visibility — next to ads for your competitors, on their terms, with their branding. Your own website is an asset you own: it ranks on Google for your name and specialty, carries your reviews, and sends patients to YOUR WhatsApp — not into a marketplace that also lists the clinic across the road.
Can my receptionist really use the OPD software?
Yes — it's deliberately simple: search patient, add visit, print prescription. I train your front desk on a call when we go live; most people are comfortable within a day, and I remain available on WhatsApp if anything confuses them.
Is this allowed under medical advertising rules?
Yes — if it's done right, and most local web designers don't know the rules. The NMC guidelines (updated 2026) prohibit patient testimonials, "best doctor" claims, discount offers and guaranteed cures on a doctor's website — but fully permit factual information: qualifications, departments, services, facilities, timings and charges. I build every clinic site to be NMC-compliant from day one.
Why are you cheaper than agencies quoting ₹80,000?
No office rent, no sales team, no project manager forwarding emails. You pay one engineer for the hours he works — and because I only build for healthcare, I reuse a solid, tested foundation instead of starting from scratch each time. Less work, same quality, lower price.
Who owns the domain and the data?
You do. Domain in your name, logins handed over, patient data on your own computer with local backups. You're never locked in to me — if we part ways, everything keeps working and everything is yours.
How do payments work?
You approve a working demo of your own website first. Then payment by UPI or bank transfer — for larger packages we split it, part on approval and part on go-live. If the demo isn't right, you walk away having paid nothing.
My clinic isn't in UP or Hyderabad. Can you still help?
Yes — I work with clinics anywhere in India. Everything happens over WhatsApp, email and calls; most of my current clients are in cities I've never visited.
